Makinna joined our agency in November of 2024, mainly working in our Adams location.  With a 5 year background in customer service, she has developed a strong passion for helping others.  She's committed to helping clients with questions, billing, policy servicing, and claims.   She thrives on finding solutions, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and always tries to exceed expectations. 

​  While not working, Makinna spends most of her time chasing after her young daughter.  She also enjoys the outdoors - Hunting and fishing.  The peace of nature and thrill of the catch are 2 of her favorite things.  Spending time with her family and her dog Nova are also high on her list of past-times.
