Woody entered the insurance business in 1986 and was a multiline agent for 30 years. After retiring from a prominent Multiline Company, he continues his interest in senior products and business transition planning. He works with several prominent attorneys in developing cost effective plans to keep the family farm or business in the family. Living by the Golden Rule and a strong belief that people don't plan to fail, they just fail to plan. He has helped numerous farming operations continue after the tragic loss of one of the founders and find that to be one of his greatest joys.
Outside of working, his truly greatest joys are his four grandchildren and spending time hunting and fishing with them. He's been on the Mauston Fire Department serving as a captain for over 46 years, has served on his local Church Council and was a DU Area Chairman for 15 years. He's a past president of both his local and state chapters of NAIFA, recently retiring after becoming the longest serving chairman of 14 years.
He enjoys making house calls and loves to meet new clients.
